According to a chat sessionwith Sony Netherlands i have send my Z3-Compact to their workshop ( Dynafix Care BV / Dr. Mobile or some other aliasses ) Did send it to them 24th of september. Their workshop is still waiting for a replacement part ( prob. a new screen? ). Well, recently Sony Nethelands told me their warranty policy is to try rapair within 30 days (!) After this period you can send or they will a complain to their service desk. Too bad. I have bought my device for business purposes. Never a new Sony again.
