Hello everyone. Same problem here on my z5 witch I've had for not even 6months. I'm stuck in the middle between the store I bought it in who says it's a software problem and Sony has yo take care of it. And Sony who says it's a problem. I had to do the reset to default settings and not updated the phone to get it to work. Have been following this thread on and off to see if anyone or Sony finds a solution. Disappointed to see that nothing has happened in 2months and I understand others frustration whom have had the problem even longer. There's a new system update now but I think I'll wait before installing that one, doubtful it will help. I like Sonys phone when working properly but this is beyond bad in customer service. Kind regards to all in this forum who tries to help out. No regards to sony. PS I also have the old z3 problem when it freezez goes black and then restarts, yaaay.
