If you don't have the WPS Push button on your router then you have to add WPS Client in your router settings. I will take you through how I configured my phone on my NETGEAR SUPER HUB 2. I am sure you will always find a way of doing it on your specific router. N.B Settings are done on the router itself not the wireless signal booster. 1.Take a look at the sticker, which has the technical information about your router, on the bottom of the Super Hub 2 and locate the web address under To access the settings page 2.Open a Web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) and enter the address – it should be http://192.168.0.1 Note: If you have enabled Modem Mode on your new Super Hub you will need to use 192.168.100.1 instead. 3. When prompted, enter the password shown on the sticker. Note: You may also be prompted to enter the WPS password Once you’ve accessed the page there are three types of settings you can change: Wireless Network Settings – allows you to change your wireless security settings, to disable broadcasting your wireless network name, and even to disable wireless altogether. Super Hub Settings – allows you to change the password for accessing this page. Device Connection Status – allows you to view details on the Super Hub's current status, along with details about any devices that are connected to the Super Hub. In addition, there’s a link for Advanced Settings at the bottom of the screen 4. Select Advanced Settings link and opt to Add a WPS Client ,a blank pin box will appear 5. I had the same problem on my Sony Experia Z5 Premium and I managed to resolve it in less than five minute. The solution might not be generic as there is a variety of WI-FI routers out there. To be specific I am on NETGEAR router with a WPS button. Follow the following steps if your router has the WPS button I am very positive that the problem will be resolved. 1. Go into settings 2. On Wireless & networks select the WI-FI option 3. Ensure the WI-FI button is on 4. On the top right corner click the three dots 5. From the drop down menu select Advanced 6. Select WPS Push Button 7. Press the WPS Button on your router until orange light starts blinking 8. Once your phone is connected the light colour changes to green 9. If connection fails repeat the process from step 7 I hope this will help you to resolve the WI-FI issues. Alternatively WPS PIN Entry can be used to connect the device to the router.
