Hello everyone and sorry to hear that both of you are experiencing this as well @Ido_xz1_compact, You can try and perform a software repair using Xperia Companion, just be sure that this is not related to the software in the device. Keep in mind that all data will be deleted when performing the repair, so I recommend that you create a backup. If there is still no sound during phone calls or when the doing the ear speaker test, the device will need to be sent in service so it can be examined, but at least then we have tried everything that can be done before you send it in. If the device has to be sent in, your Local support team will assist you further with how to send it in, or if there are any service centres where you live, they can provide an address and contact information. @Magik300, Feel free to keep us posted with how it went with the repair and what was done with the device at the service centre!
