Hi, I bought a Z5C white from telenor/djuice Norway and I had the same problems, especially the unresponsive "back/home/window" soft keys. I had to work around to solve this by locking/unlocking the screen using the power switch and after which the "back/home/window" soft keys responded. The unresponsive "back/home/window" soft keys happens whenever I had to play a video from Xperia privilege. I continued the workaround for 4 days and finally decided to do something and tried the following: a) Restarted the phone in safe mode. Here is the link from Xavinux's post about how to start in safe mode: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008#U348008 b) Uninstalled: Xperia Privilege (battery killer), c) Uninstalled (applicable for mobiles through telenor/djuice): mitt telenor, telenor bedrift, 1881 d) Disabled AR effect e) Removed spotify f) Restarted the phone in normal mode g) Removed twitter and facebook (I don't use twitter and facebook) Phone is functioning without a problem until now. Might be that one of above apps or all of these were creating problems which I am not sure. From yesterday, after these changes, things seem to be stable. I still have whatapp, skype, teamviewer installed. Have enabled fingerprint sensor. Made some fast and random zoom tests on camera while capturing video and playing the video. Appears to be better now. Battery heating is still there but not worse as earlier. Made a video chat in Skype for 25 minutes and battery was not as hot as it used to be.
