I'm going into horsham tomorrow where I got the phone from on the 4th of March and have had endless problems with since and I'm going to ask them where the update is. If they say they don't know, I'm going to ask for a refund. Bought multiple items from there including the MDR-1R so I'm hoping they're going to be nice. Thinking about trading the Z in and getting an S4. Still got my S2 which works flawlessly - unlike the Z. I'm sick of the terrible customer service and will never buy a sony phone again. Should have sticked to Samsung, they've always helped.
