I am from Indonesia. I have the same problem with Z3 Compact sudden Death. I bought the phone 9 Januari 2015. Have already try to reinstall firmware method, but after a day of usage, it went dead again. Took it to sony care and asked for a new replacement phone( because it just 3 weeks and this is faulty products) and got a very dissapointing answer, the staff refused to replace my phone with a new one and suggest me to get a waranty repair that will take 19 days of working days. Why 19 DAYS? its a realy important device. To repair a phone, you need to disassemble it, and it all goes through a Non Professional labor in indonesia, so if a new phone have to be repair, that will make the phone get some other new defect problem(eg.water resistant feature, scratches, etc). And also no human hand can do work like machine did. SO I WANT MY BRAND NEW PHONE BACK! NOT THE REPAIRED ONE. Why I said Non Professional? Because the staff in sony care, try to push the yellow reset button with a Sharp Tip Metal Pinset. Luckily I stopped her and do it my self with a pencil tip. Tell me sony, is it how you treat us (especially Indonesian customer)? We bought your premium phone not a factory faulty premium phone? YOU MUST REPLACE OUR PHONE WITH A NEW NON DEFECT ONE. People don't buy brand new things and just got a repair with waranty within weeks. You CAN NOT treat us like that. There are people in Indonesia who get used to being treated like that. They bought stuffs and when the stuffs got factory defects within hours or weeks they just got a waranty repair. What the F? is that Fair?
