Thanks, it seems that sometimes like i posted, that with Auto Creator mode, and Auto Brightness, that after watching say Netflix, or Youtube, with HDR or 4K material, the display just bugs out, and picks a random brightness, and stays that way, until you either switch one or t'other off. But I prefer Creator mode on all the time, white balance calibrated screen, and Auto Brightness on also. The screen is extremely viewable in bright direct sunlight, compared to my old Huawei's, and Samsungs that I've passed on to ther members of the family. My old Mate 10 Pro, which my daughter has now, in direct sunlight, reminds me of a kindle, or an old 2 tone lcd screen, the colours are all washed out, and it just appears like the details are outlines. My son, a techhead was very impressed the other day, when I let him see it when we were at the beach with the dogs, he has to cover his screen with his hand to be able to see the screen in bright sunlight, for it to have any real detail/colour. I like my 1, it's just the camera motion issues and proper 21:9 photos that need added/fixed, and it's probably the best phone I've had..and don't get me started on the fantastic audio it produces. Atmos...awesome! Music with PowerAmp Music Player pro is far and away with its own engine the dogs danglies!
