Hi, I've sent a request through to support yesterday but have not even had an email response to say that it has been received. My Xperia Z3 just updated to the latest Android version (6.0.1) and either that or something else around that time has limited my internal storage to 16GB, but it's a 32GB model. I've searched the web for answers and other phones are having the same issues, including the Google Nexus (5?) and the LG (something something) - the solutions seem to only be flashing back to a stock image? So... I don't want to void my Warranty, and have tried Factory Resetting the phone itself (Twice) and sitting through the Software Repair in Xperia Compainon (3 Times) but still have the problem unresolved??? Does anyone have any ideas before I launch a Warranty Request or crack up completely?
