This seems to be the standard Sony response. A large company like Sony should stand behind their products. I have a Smart Watch 3 that I got for xmas and 2 months in the bezel broke. I have been trying since then to find a replacement. It cannot be done. Would someone from Sony that can actually help call me at *personal info removed*. I would love to hear why Sony does not support their products.

I've tried what you suggest without success.
I'm trying to send the watch to de technical service, but I don't kno how. In mobile support site, it is necesary an IMEI and the watch doesn't have it.
The web chat service nor has it given me solution.
I can't find the spanish Sony support phone to call and request a way to get the support.
What can I do now?

What I can do is message the team to take a look at your post and then they will be able to escalate this to the correct team - So if you don't receive a reply from a Sony staff member please be reassured that they will have read your post and if I hear anything then I will post here about it
