Then again, the next day everything was normal and loud again.... and go back to previous problem again and again and again sometimes its fine sometimes not fine so what is the problem? i got 2.3.3 similar issue then upgraded to 2.3.4 same issue. i activated xloud then deactivated again restart but sometimes the problem comes back.... Please also take in to account that this may not be related to the handset at all but related to the person you are calling, you may want to do some testing with this person specifically.

Re: maybe speaker problem or software problem? (xperia Neo using skype)

Hmm. This could be an intermittent hardware fault.

Before jumping to conclusions, not sure if you have already tried to perform a software/firmwware repair using PC Companion

Connect your phone to the PC via the USB cable

The repair option on PC Companion (Support Zone --> Update --> Repair).

If that did not work you may need to bring the phone to a SE service centre for them to diagnose and fix

You may also want to check how strong the signal is of the person you are calling as if it is intermittent then it may be on their end that the problem is coming from.
