I had missed you suggestion and tried Total Recall, but this aplication has installed fine, but when i open it UP, the application gets crashed and a pop up message is displyed "an error has occured", this did not work after multiple installations and uninstallations.
But i thank you for the suggestion.
I tried with auto call recorder, this is some what better.
This records phone calls two ways, though the sound quality is not the best, it is OK, atleast i can save my important phone calls.
Thanfor suggesting links and suggestions.

Glad you have found an application for this. Just to clarify for you, one of the reasons it would not generally be included is that in many countries this function has been removed even from the devices that used to have it due to changes in privacy laws. This may not be the case where you are though.

its not natve but definitely worth a shot: recordiapro has been a godsend for me and dependong on who the carrier is, you can also record incoming calls. then the calls are available as mp3 files. seriously, it works. http://www.recordiapro.com
