Since last update my arc s I have the following problem: when you open a link the browser opens it twice!
repair in PC Companion and the problem persists.

I think it's an app acting up, repair your phone and do NOT install any app, use your browser and see if it open 2 taps

using google as google chrome? uninstall it > reinstall it, then you can set chrome as the default browser or

settings > apps > all > browser > disable

After the last update (build in PC Companion) to open a link, it opens twice.
Repair via PC Companion and the problem persists

Just use the browser that comes with the phone by default.
The browser opens two windows with the same content
