Unable to get a connection with a mouse

Hello,

My xperia Z5 screen is dead! but my phone is allright!

My problem is: I can't find any compatibility between a mouse and my phone. I try 5 different mouse and it's not compatible, ever.

Who have the same problem? Do you find the solution?

Thanks for your advice.

Re: PROBLEM COMPATIBILITY Z5 WITH A MOUSE

Hi,

When you say that the screen is dead, do you mean that you cannot see anything on it? If you are going to connect a mouse via OTG to the phone, you need to tap at the setting "Detect USB device" in the phone.

You can also get a connection with the mouse via OTG if you force a shutdown of the phone by hold down the ON/OFF + volume up(+) button for 5 seconds and then power it on when the mouse is connected and it should work.

"You can also get a connection with the mouse via OTG if you force a shutdown of the phone by hold down the ON/OFF + volume up(+) button for 5 seconds and then power it on when the mouse is connected and it should work" this is not working for my xperia z5. Any other way?
