My SIM card is read by the mobile, but it there isn't service. I changed the card, restarted mobile, and reset mobile's factory, but nothing changed

Are the SIM cards you have tried from the same operator or are they from different ones? If you haven't tried with a SIM card from a different operator, I would recommend doing so.
You can also try and register manually on your operators network if you go to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Network operators.
If there has been no change after trying the above, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will delete all data stored on the internal storage of the device and reinstall the latest available software, so it is a bit different from a factory reset. Since data is being removed, it is advised that you create a backup using Xperia Companion before you start with the repair.

I suggest you to go settings > more > mobile networks > preferred networks type.. Change it to "GSM only"... The LTE was decreasing my mobile's signal and if this problem fixed then that means your network providers are not ready for LTE.

hi, I am facing same problem 2 months now.
I changed SIM, also moved to new mobile company, reset my phone several time, toggle 4G/3G , also send it to technical person. Every thing is OK but no signal.
I noticed that the mobile signal back after factory reset for 12 hours and then no signal.
Same happened when replaced new SIM, signal back 12 hours then no signal.
What should I do, help me please

@Aljeraisy, It could also be that you are in an area with a weaker LTE signal, changing to 3G will then benefit you more, both in the speed of mobile data and the quality in calls.
@mzoabi, Is there any change if you try and register manually on your operators network? You can do so if you go to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Network operators. Wait for the search to be completed and tap on the network with a house icon to the left.
When the device was at service, was it at an authorized service centre?

When the mobile at service, I can see my service provider and other service providers, I can select my service provider.
If mobile with no service, I don't see my service provider, but I can see the other service providers

That sounds very strange that you can't see the service provider that you are using, but you can see other service providers.
Did this occur with your previous service provider as well, or just the one that you changed to? If it has only occurred with your current service provider and one of your friends, colleagues or family members have a device with a Nano SIM card from a different operator, could you please try with their SIM card in your device and see if there is any change?

thats happens with all service providers, in last 2 months i changed 3 service providers and changed my SIM card several times, but nothing help.
I use one of my previous sim card on another mobile for a month now with no problems.
I was thinking about formatting my mobile, (not factory reset).
where could I find a Original ROM Image ?

Hi I have z5 dual befer at my working place I was receiving and making calls but when i tried to change my housing now I only see no service 1,2,bers only.
And I cant receive or make a call but when I go out of building I do everything right.
I tried factory reset, safe mode change sim card of different service providers but nathing is working
