i m using uch10, somehow i need 2 hrs to fully charge it with my screen off.
previously i need only 1hr.
how i can i sovle this issue?

This is hapenning with my Z5 aswell. Used to go from 0 to 100 within 90 min, but now its taking more than 2.5 hrs. How in the world is that called quick charge?
I use UCH 10 quick charger. Tried reimaging. Local sony support says that 2.6 hrs is normal!
My device doesn't have any apps running. Its just normal like it was previously. If so many people are complaining, then i think something is wrong.

I would still recommend testing the charging in Safe mode, and with the phone turned off and let us know what happens. It will be useful to help identify where the issue is.

When I charged for the first time in safe mode, it was doing 2% every 1 min, Battery was at 6x% and showed 20min till full charge. I charged for 5 min and the battery went up by more than 10%.
Just to make sure that this is consistent, i switched off the phone and tried charging. It wouldn't quick charge- was doing 1% every 1.30 mins.
I again tried charging in safe mode, this time its not as fast as the first time. doing 1% every 1.1 -1.2 min.
Here is my observation. Charging is faster is safe mode and slower in normal mode and when switched off.
I know it is strange. But charging is faster in safe mode even when the display is on. Slower when switched off even when the display is off.
When it charged so quickly the first time i changed to safe mode, i thought the issue is resolved, but no.

It doesn't seem there is any major issue with it here. I believe it to be background processes still.
If there is any software related reason that this could be the issue, then a software repair will fix it for you.

can you tell us what model number of the quick charger you have?
is the usb port loose?
try to restart your device.,
clear smartconnect app settings>apps>smartconnect>clear data

Charger model is UCH10.
Mobile gets charging with other adapter and cables. It have the same issue if i use UCH10 (come along in the box) with other USB working cables also.
i gave it to service center for replacement.
