Xperia Z3 won´t boot, Sony screen in loop forever

Hey everybody.

My Z3 does not boot anymore. It keeps showing the SONY logo on the screen for a second and them goes away. A few seconds later it comes on again and stays like this forever.

After reading instructions in this forum I already made a software repair through Xperia Companion and it went through, so for one second I tought it´d come back to life again. But it didn´t. Altought the repair completed successfully the Xperia won´t boot. Slightly frowning Face

Is there something else I could try?

Time to contact your Local support to get it inspected.

Hi @Albierto, welcome to our forums!

I'm sorry to hear about your phone. Slightly frowning Face

I would recommend that you remove your SIM and/or SD card in your phone and boot it up again and see if you experience the same behaviour when it's starting up.

If there is no change, follow the recommendation from @uliwooly and get in touch with your local support team.

If you have any questions regarding warranty and so forth they will be able to assist you with those as well since this may differ from other markets!

Keep us posted!
