I had it on my Xperia XZ and it disappeared on my Xperia XZ Premiun (bought it yesterday), UNTIL I connected to my MS Exchange server (FASTHOSTS). I diagonally read through their imposed restriction, but it could well be this is one of their ways to protect their servers.  Slightly frowning Face

hello i faced the same problem how do you wipe your phone and update your firmware?

Its simple no need to wipe out your phone just deactivate the enctencryp of sd card🙂

go to Settings / lock and security / Encrypt SD Card / Deactivate
