openvpn problem

Hi. I have a problem to running openvpn on my z3 tablet. On my z1 compact its running without any issues. I use only original firmware. No jailbreaks or custom roms.

 

working device z1 compact

android 5.1.1 build 14.6.A.1.236

openvpn client 1.1.17 (build 76)

 

not working device z3 tablet compact

android 6.0.1 build 23.5.A.1.291

openvpn client 1.1.17 (build 76)

 

Connection will be established successfully. But if load any network traffic i get

UDP send error: send: Operation not permitted

UDP send error: send: Connection refused

 

Any ideas? I would be thankful if you can help me.

stamina mode is to aggresiv. with stamina off it works fine. so problem is solved.
