Z1 internal storage problem with lollipop

My Xperia Z1 after upgrading to lollipop 5.0.2(Build number 14.5.A.0.270) doesn't show musics, photos and videos that stored or downloaded in internal storage. Not only in Album app, Music app and Videos app of Sony, but also in any music or video player like playerpro or mxplayer!
I need to play or show them in a file Explorer.
Any solution?!?!?!

Re: Z1 internal storage problem with lollipop

@uliwooly
Finally I found the solution: 😎
Data of Sony gallery apps like album,etc and a android app "Media Storage" cause this confliction. And also some app data in "android" folder is added.
I clear all of that data and uninstall update the gallery apps, then update. After all and before updating restart and enjoy!! 😊

I also have this problem in my new phone; Sony Xperia Z3 Dual, and the solution is the same.😊😉😎

Thanks a lot @uliwooly💐

Re: Z1 internal storage problem with lollipop

I do it first with pc companion 3 months ago and then; another upgrade with wifi on my own Xperia. There is no way to downgrade by pcc without having first lollipop file and it maybe need to root.
Problem is extended!!! @uliwooly

It doesn't give you the option to reinstall the update? (repair)

Re: Z1 internal storage problem with lollipop

No, i upgrade pcc now and check again but there is no option to reinstall/repair!
Pcc said:"you already have the latest software"

I said uli! After upgrading from kitkat 4.4.4 to lollipop 5.0.2 with pcc, i upgraded it with a little pack than my phone suggest it, that just change my build number!

Re: Z1 internal storage problem with lollipop

@uliwooly thanks

Using flashtool to unlock bootloader or root?
Delete what?
I don't want to root my device!
