I have unchecked usb debugging from developer options then I could update but I am not sure if the problem is because of that

You have to wait for your carrier/network to approve and release the update, even if you unlocked the phone from that network, your update is still network depended

 

You have an alternative which is to manually update yoru phone

Please give us a soure to manually update. I am in Colombia and I do not want to wait too long for the update to be available here, my phone is not working and I need that update to fix the screen issues.

Gives Error as Unable to Detect / Identify device, Its Becuase of slow Internet Speed. Tested many Times.....!!
