xperia z2 reboots when animation appears

Hello everyone.

My Xperia Z2 started freezing while I was making phone calls and now, after being formatted, is doesn't boot anymore. It takes a li g time to load all the Sony and Android screens,  and when it reaches the screen with the animation, the animation freezes and the phone reboots. Over and over again. I can't connect it to Pc companion as the computer doesn't recognize the device. Anyone encountered the same issue ?

thank you

Re: xperia z2 reboots when animation appears

Hi @Ambient,

I'm sorry to hear this. Slightly frowning Face I recommend that you try and perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. Note that when you start this process your device should be turned off and not connected to your computer.

If you are unable to perform a software repair or if your device is still experiencing the same behavior after doing so I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with how have your device sent in to an authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair.

Let me know how it goes!
