disable fade-in / fade out?

Any way to disable the slow fade in and out of the screen? I'm not watching a movie... I'm waiting for my phone - no point paying for a faster CPU/GPU if it's just going to be wasted on such pointless novelties.

Re: disable fade-in / fade out?

Animator Duration/Scale you mean? Animation set to "off" and power on/off is now instant (yay!).

Still seeing wasteful minimize/transition animations when changing between apps though.

Re: disable fade-in / fade out?

I switched Animator duration scale off and left the others on - no more fade in when switch in the screen on.
