The process is now packed into Android System in the battery stats report so check the wake of this.

for me the wakeup problems with this beloved service actually started with update 4.4.2...

before kitkat :
The battery drains by com.sonyericsson.android.wakeup was 10-15% and system android 5-7 %
Now with kitkat (The process is now packed into Android System in the battery stats ) :
i have 20-25% drain battery by system android
Is that really kitkat solved the problem com.sony.ericsson.wakeup?

Good point. It is the same with Xperia T 4.3 ROM's.
They changed the reporting so that the process is now packed in Android System.
This way problem not fixed, but perception is changed.
There is a workaround with some limitations as usual.
It is a solution for me to turn on Stamina mode and leave Wi-Fi on.
Wifi makes data connection stop and the stamina mode swichtes the Wi-fi off when phone is asleep.
At least when you are home this should be ok.
So during the night battery drops only with 1-2 percent overall.

MNC. You can find these on wikipedia or in your APN configuration
2 - Then navigate and open /etc/fast-dormancy/fd_custm_conf.txt
3 - you'll see two lines ending with MCC and MNC and two zeros
4 - Change those zeros to the numbers that you looked up earlier and save
Just do this and you will not have wakelocks.
It won't work without rooting a phone.

We have found the cause of this issue and it will be improved in the next software update for the phone. I don't have any information on when the update can be released but please see http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/software/phones/xperia-z1-compact/ and http://blogs.sonymobile.com/ for the latest information.
