With this many people seeing the problem I don't think you can possibly hope for good results just by exchanging it. I'd really love for a Sony rep to tell us whether sending it in for repair would fix this problem. I'd rather send the phone back for repair than trying for exchanges all the time.

Not sure if this is right but here goes...
Wish Sony could tell us whats going on... Ive moved over from Iphone to Z5 but am considering a switch back within my 30 days if I dont hear anything... I have called Sony twice who said
1. No specific issue
2. Safe mode try
3. Softwar eupdate...
None worked and getting annoyed!!!
Here are 3 pics I have just taken this morning with my THIRD Z5 since wednesday...
Like I have said this is my third Z5 in 4 days and they all have had this left hand side blur...
And now the test..
Not sure if this test has been done right as I simply took pics of the Ipad screen....

Sneaky indeed! I just want a Z5 that works... Porperly, If sony thing im a rival they are more then happy to look at my device imei and call me as i have logged 2 calls with them about this issue. They even adviced me to change my first Z5 with the shop.
Sony please respond with a solution....

And again aged and covered in dust and water drops Z2 wins, expected to be the last from the best phones on the market, before race for customer started and technicans cared bout final product. Watching carefully for situation to be cleared or explained by sony staff.
Good luck to you guys, I guess it's time to wait for Z6 to come.
