Do you have the links to the other posts? Would be good to see them and build up a full profile of how wide spread this issue is

Slight suspicion you work for Sony :-)
oh and pretty much slating peoples comments on pretty much everything you have commented on.

The isssue is quite wide spread as can be seen on these links to other discussion forums on similar cases of Xperia Z:
The problem on overheating of phone and dismal battery charge has been brought on another site:

can we see pictures please of these damaged phones otherwise there's no point in posting it here, take your argument up with the local support

He has to with 925 posts since March, who would waste their life on these forums apart from disgruntled customers trying to get an issue fixed.
are you wondering? 899 post includes just "contact your local support" *lol*
what the "superusers" dont understand, an forum is made for discussion, and when superusers are empty of arguments.....
....can we assume you're going to bend another ear for the next few weeks....
.... you've made your point now move on....
dear supermegadiamondpowerusers, please dont treat users like idi-ots
btw, i signed the petition and i´m very happy - not one of the problems in this whole forum fits to the successor of the Z (S4)
dear mods, make your work
oh, thanks to the mailnotification - all users that wrote here can read my opinion

i have followed the links and it's either complete rubbish or the same handfull of people posting between XDA and here - if you damaged your phone man up and get on with it
phones get damaged for various reasons - a big slim phone like the EZ needs a little thought when you want to carry it around - a tight pair of jeans is going to present stresses that will cause it to break - if the phone was too big you should have bought something smaller
it's like throwing a Sony Experia Ultra (huge phone) in the back pocket of your jeans and expecting it to survive a lap of aintree - the EZ is a big phone, it will not survive in the pocket of your tight jeans front or back even just sitting, if you're going to carry a large device around you need to understand some simple limitations, my wallet is in my back pocket all the time and boy does it take abuse - there is no way any phone would survive let alone my EZ
glass is slightly flexable but it has limits - you want to know what the limits are - the glass on these phones is about five times stronger than a standard pint beer glass, it's strong but with the right knock it will break
hardly a problem limited to Sony

i carry my s4 all the time in the same pockets which the Z was in when it was broken, no cracks, no scratches, nothing, its all just fine!
its maybe a very big quality gap between the 2 phones, modern gorilla glass 3 in the s4 contra old-tech hardened glass in the Z.
or is there a other reason why sony dont name his glass?
maybe its so cheap that no one would buy the Z when he figures out that the material of the screen is long ago outdated.

Guys don't feed the troll!
I had a follow up phone call from the lunchtime accusation of hacking my phone to appologuise as there had been a human error mixup. Going to recieve another phone call as to what is happening.
@GeoffH please don't call me a liar.
