it is showing failure in communication with sony update engine (error 10).

i have one sony xperia z with latest update 4.4.4 kitcat
proximity sensor adjust turn on and when i make a call the screen off and i can't contral anything
I maked test for it and it still adjust on
and i maked safe mood and maked call and still not working good
please help me admin

Though the events are being shown in the main callender app, the events cannot be seen in the WIDGET in ZR.
Calendar is in sync with my Facebook Account.
Please HELP!!

On the New Jersey Turnpike on 9/19/2014, 9:30-11 a.m.
spur from PA Turnpike, headed east, followed by NJ Turnpike north, exits 6-10, phone spontaneously silently rebooted approximately every 10 minutes.
11-1 p.m, headed south, this did not occur until back in Pennsylvania.
This behavior has not been noted prior to the recent build.
It may occur only with bluetooth earpiece (Jawbone Era) in use. It is independent of Jawbone client software.
Similar behavior on New Jersey Transit train between Trenton and NY Penn Station with earpeice in use.
LTE has good bars, but intermittently drops to HSPA. There may be an association.
It does not appear to be associated with internet browsing or GPS. On 9/18/2014, on New Jersey Transit tran between NY and Trenton, browsing with Firefox was normal. Bluetooth was on, but Bluetooth earpiece was turned off. There were no reboots.
Although I live in Pennsylvania, I cannot provide local reports, because I don't use the phone that way here.

Try performing a system repair as this will often fix issues after an upgrade - This will factory reset your phone
Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process
If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
