Re: How to copy files from a locked XperiaZ with broken screen

HI,

My Xperia T2 Ultra's Display is completely Shattered. When I tried to connect the phone to a PC, I am getting message as "This Folder is Empty". I can't draw pattern using mouse connected to OTG USB to unlock the phone as the display is completely shattered. Please let me know, How can I copy data from Internal Storage.

Thanks in Advance.

Bala.

Re: How to unlock pattern lock from a locked XperiaZ1 with broken screen

You must have the mouse and otg cable plugged in before turning the phone on or it won't work. I'm going through the same thing right now...

well booting it off/on helped see the OTG Mouse on my Z3+ Dual...

Still cannot seem to get anything but the Google Voice with Mouse and severely shattered screen.. Slightly frowning Face

This works, even with a wireless mouse. Thank you!

Re: How to copy files from a locked XperiaZ with broken screen

That does not work for me. After unlocking and changing to computer the program still thinks it is locked. I would gladly pay if Sony could restore information from phone before repairs, or perhaps not delete anything before repairs.
