I tried every thing ( factory rest.sim changed.all app updated.network area changed) smart solution please

The other SIM-card that you tried, was this a SIM-card from another operator? If not, do you have the possiblity to try a SIM-card from another operator?

When I dial a number the calls ends automatically just after dialing. But If someone calls me i Can receive the call.

Does this happen for all the numbers/contacts that you try to call? Or is it to a specific number this happens? And do you receive any error message or similar?

This happens for all numbers. No error message .and he does not send any txet message for any numbers too

Are you sure that you account has enough balance (if pre-paid) or did you pay your last phone bill (if post-paid)?

Yes iam sure. And i cant call any service numbers even the custom service of Vodafone company.i think there is something wrong with mobile not sim card

Can you check if "Call barring" is not activated by any chance? You'll find it in Settings -> Call
