Z Ultra (C6833) FB messenger stopped working after update to 14.6.A.0.368

FB messenger app stopped working after updating to 14.6.A.0.368. Clearing cached data, un-installing and reinstalling the app did not fix it. I appreciate any help on this.

You should try to contact app developers and let them know about the problem.

Hi Z_Ultra_User, welcome to the community!

Good suggestion from @alexdon - something else you can try is booting the handset in Safe Mode to see if the same problem occurs then. To boot your phone in safe mode press the power key until the Power Off message appears > hold your finger on Power Off for 2-3 seconds until 'Reboot to safe mode?' appears > tap OK. To exit Safe Mode just power the phone off & then on normally. Let us know how it goes.
