Could you please elaborate a bit regarding your question? Is it the ring tone you lose, or is the signal strength not stable? If you could provide me with your phones model number and Android version as well, I will do my best to assist you. You will find the information in Settings (< System) > About Phone > Model number/Android version.
Have you had the opportunity to try another SIM-card in your phone?
