Mdr-nc31e not working on my XZ and Z2, but it's working on my computer and other devices
My Mdr-nc31e noise cancelling head phones suddenly stopped working.
I recently bought a XZ about a month ago or so and started using the headphones on that device. Before that I used them on my Z2. I've never had any problems with it , but it suddenly stopped working. Granted, I've used them for about 2 years so they might have received some bumps over the years, however I've keep them in good condition and feel like there shouldn't be any reason for it to suddenly stop working. Also, I plugged them in my computer and it works fine. When I plug it to my phone, my phone doesn't even detect it. Other headphones work on my phone so I'm not sure what the problem is.
I'm sorry to hear that, I have a pair of those headphones, what might be happening here is that since the headphones have a 4pin pole, perhaps somehow they are damaged and are creating this issue, since the Z2 and XZ are both noise cancelling compatible but not the other devices, you could contact your Local support to get them inspected.
