Games not working

Was exited bout my new phone. Downloaded my favourite games. But 3 days ago they stopped working. I have tried everything from uninstalling and then reinstalling. I even set my phone back to factory settings and started again.... Nothing works. Please help

If I understood your post correctly this only happens with games that you have downloaded from Google Play and not other types of apps? Could you elaborate on what happens when you attempt to start one of these apps?

 

Also, if you could give a couple of examples of apps that you experience this with I'd appreciate it!

Hi Christofer

My games are from King.. Pet rescue saga etc 2wks ago when I got my phone I downloaded them and everything was fine. 3days ago the following happened. 

In 3 of the games I can load them and get into levels but certain squares when I touch them they do nothing. It seems to be more on the right side of the screen. 

In pet rescue saga I can load it and everything works except when I try to play levels I cannot get into them. 

All other apps on the phone work OK... But to be honest I don't really have many. 

Any help would be appreciated as I have tried pretty much everything I can think of

You try forcing the app to stop and see if that helps. This can be done in Settings > Apps > find the app > tap Force Stop. This will force the app to restart the next you open it.

 

I'm afraid it's hard for me to troubleshoot this much further though, since it happens in the app itself. If you continue to experience this I'd recommend that you contact the app developer directly. If you go to the app's page in Google Play there should be an option to contact them if you scroll down to the bottom of the page.
