Dual SIM card problem, SIM 1 not working properly

Hi Team,

 

I have Xperia XZs from last 1 year. Recently I have inserted two sim in my phone, one is airtel and another is jio. Airtel is on 3g mode and jio is on LTE/4g mode. I have selected airtel as data network. Now my jio sim doesn't getting 4g network. For jio 4g network,  I have to select jio sim as data sim. As I select data sim my network mode automatically switchs to 4g on select sim. And restarts every time for optimization of network. Restart doesn't require even in cheaper brand then sony. I think it is not as difficult for Sony developer to fixi this restarting issue. Screenshot_20190106-083807.png

Can you switch SIM positions and test if you still have the same issue?

Thanks for replying, I have tried sim switching also. But issue remains the same. I have tried it many times.
