Maybe Macrodroid, Automate or Tasker can help you with this.

 

PS

Just tested and failed.

A camera sign came up, the flash flashed, no picture taken.

Maybe it needs special admin rights, maybe root.

You can use Google Assistant voice commands to do this on the XZ3 - found this blog post that explains how:
