About SONY's Android P

About SONY's Android P
It doesn't seem like Android P is just a small revision of Android 8.0.
We lack many important features
No New-System-Navigation & Digital Wellbeing & Slice & actions
Will this be added later?

Will it be added in subsequent updates?
