Re: incoming call from one contact to voice mail?

If you can see the text "unroute to voicemail", that is an indication that all her calls is currently routed to the your voicemail. for your wife to be able to call you again you need to tap the option "unroute to voicemail.

Let me know if that helps! Slightly smiling Face

it doesn't hurt to check

Open the phone app > menu > settings > call blocking

Re: incoming call from one contact to voice mail?

Hi @Peterras, let me see if i can be of any help here. Slightly smiling Face

Have you checked if you have chosen the option "Route to voicemail" for her contact? In order to check this, find and open the Contacts application > Tap your wifes contact > Tap the three dots in the top right corner. If you se the option called "Don't route to voicemail", tap this option and ask your wife to try calling you again.

Try this and let me know how it goes!
