Just received my new xz2

Will the phone be registered for warranty from the first time in use.

Hi @Silverbawz, congratulations on your new device! Slightly smiling Face

As @Strampke mentioned, the warranty starts the same date as the device is purchased, so if you for example have 24 months of warranty in your market, you can check the date on the receipt and add 24 months and you will know when the warranty ends.

If you want more detailed information for the warranty in your market, you can either contact the Local support team or visit the link below and choose your country in the drop down list below "Warranty".

The date of purchase begins your warranty.

Warranty terms and conditions are different for each region where the device is bought.

For further information click on support at the bottom of this page, select your device and search for warranty.
