The sound is blurred xz1 in the call?

The sound is blurry in the call, but when I open the music, it's clear?

try to make a call during safe mode , observe quality.

 

make sure you have a stable network signal/connection

Hi @Faiker, sorry to hear about this. Slightly frowning Face

Do I understand that it's the counterparts voice that is blurred during a call? Is there any change if you put the device on loud speaker during the call?

As @nolramlb mentioned, safe mode is a good place to start to see if there are any downloaded applications that is the cause of this. You can also to the test for both the ear speaker and loud speaker in Settings > Support > Xperia tests > Media.
