Im in exactly the same boat , purchased from Sony Store with the same Pre fix . Been told to expect a phonecall or email today from a manager , got neither
Went on chat , took my details and told me I would get a email , again nothing
Taken photos of the chat , will be on the phone Monday over this entire farce

Yes the Sony e-Store was carrying the same banner as on the redemption page and the order screen showed the icon with phone and headphones together. I never received any emails from Sony after purchase, like it said. The next I knew was when the phone actually arrived. It took some googling to find the actual redemption page URL as I received nothing from Sony. The terms and conditions seem to make reference to purchases from Carphone Warehouse only. As I said I've emailed details of my problem to the address on the redemption page. I received an automated response with reference number saying expect a reply within 48 hours.

Thanks for responses. It's clear that there are a still a number of people, who purchased directly from the UK Sony E-Store who have been unable to log their claim because of the unacceptance of their IMEI by the claim website.
On Monday I will be contacting Kondor directly, referencing this thread, and would suggest that as many other purchases flag up their problems, which Sony seem to be suggesting have all been fixed, which is clearly incorrect.
The simple request is that Sony should honour the offer for all of these people who have been trying since midnight on 20/10 in my case and provide the headphones advertised immediately.

I'm so glad I started this thread now, I too bought through the eStore and have been trying since midnight on the 20th.
I only bought it through the eStore as it had the colour I wanted or I probably would have gone through Carphone Whorehouse!

Würde mich interessieren was ihr meint.
Dear Sir or Madame,
after there were some problems by my pre-order of Xz Premium, I tought it will be all good now.
But the action Xz1 wasn't good.
The registration began at 01:00 pm, instead of 00:00 pm. But it's okay, it can happen.
But after that, I only could chose WH-H800N. It's a pity.
I only could registrate with a german post code after 03:00 pm, it's a bad joke.
At that time, there were 150 pieces of the blue Earphones I have chosen. I didn't feel like waiting for an update, that I can chose the WH-H900N.
Unfortunately, the website didn't admit it was an error. They said it is in the condition of participation pointed, it is one of the headphones you can offer me. But the condition of the participation says - it is still online- there are 2300 models of WH-H900N headphones and 1200 models of the WH-H800N earphones.
I would like to know what you think about it.

It seems everyone is being told the same, try again in a few hours, complaint passed on to a specialised department, and still waiting for a reply, hopefully we'll get there soon, I'm keeping a video, picture diary of the failed attempts

At 4:30 there were only wh-h800 available for Germany: 297 red, 180 blue, 0 green, 657 black. I don't remember the exact number of gold, it was 197 or 297. Totally more than 1200.
The customer support has answered me, that they supposed the wh-h900 were all gone at the moment.
Which i do not believe.
They will not admit what dissaster the action was. They started the action for Germany at midnight in the UK. Really bad joke.
And what i really do not understand, is why SONY did it so complicated. In Czechia the preordered XZ1 and XZ1 Compact were delivered already with headphones...

I have been trying since 20th mid night from UK. Purchased my device directly from Sony Website. Had multiple chat sessions with their support and even phone calls - yet nothing...all they have to say is wait for a few more hours and it should be sorted! Nothing! I tried from my office machine browsers, home laptop browsers - Chrome, IE, FireFox , even from my mobile - no joy. Its been over 72 hours the website is not working and there is no notification .. together with the phone and headphone is what they sold us ...and it seems they sold us a product with no way of redeeming it! Absolute disgrace.

Hi, just managed to order my headphones from the UK, and was overjoyed at getting thru after unsuccesful attempts since Friday YaY. Then when confirmation of purchase came through with WH-H800 valued at £199.99, NOT, WH-H990N valued at £250 as specified on original Terms & Conditions document which I have to hand. Come on Sony, what's your game, This is complete misrepresentation, and sharp practise which is completely beneath a company of your standing. Off course, you can fall back on the clause stating "while stocks last", however, to then offer an inferior productdoesn'tsit well as technically I have paid £50 more for the handset. Offering the insentive made the purchase more palatable, but nevertheless leaves a bad taste regarding future Sony product purchases.
