Phone can't start, crashes

In the middle of me writing text the phone began rebooting itself but it doesn't succeed. I tried some doubble press on the buttons and managed to get it to start up at two occations but when I started to use it it started to reboot again so I turned it off.

I have an older phone of the same brand, an Ipad and a laptop with newly re-installed win7 (the laptop crashed too recently) but with no antivirus and no webbrowser. How do I fix this?

@Backtoheaven

Could you test the phone without SD and SIM cards, only use wifi, see if you experience the same reboots

Re: Phone can't start, crashes

Hi @Backtoheaven, let me see if I can help out here!

As @uliwooly mentioned, a good start is to try rebooting the phone without a SIM or SD card in order to see if it is the cards that are malfunctioning.

If that does not work, it might be a good idea to try to repair the software on the phone using Xperia Companion and a computer. Keep in mind though that since you are not able to access the phone, you will need to start the repair with the phone detached from the computer and tick the "My device cannot be detected or started, or is a Smartwatch 3" checkbox and choose "Next", then simply follow the on-screen instructions.

Let me know how it goes!
