Can not receive a call

Bonjour  Mon xperia xz1 sonne une fois et coupe aussitôt l'appel .. Mon firmware est à jour, je ne suis pas en mode avion, je ne comprends pas.  Pas de règle pour rejetter les appels

Hello my xperia xz1 rings once and immediately cut the call .. My firmware is up to date, I'm not in airplane mode, I do not understand. No rules for rejecting calls

Re: Can not receive a call

Hello @Loslm;

Restart the phone in safe mode and test it to see if any third party app is causing it.

Re: Can not receive a call

Hi @Loslm, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about this. Slightly frowning Face

I have translated your question to English as this is an International forum, please post any replies in English and it will be easier for me and other users to assist you.

In addition to what @NunoSEN2 suggested, the people that call you, are they transferred over to your voicemail, or is the call disconnected from their side as well?

To restart in safe mode, press the blue highlighted text and you will see the instructions.

Let us know how it goes!
