No Service/Signal

Hey guys, since some weeks i have no signal or realy bad signal while my boyfriend who has the exact same phone and same operator has all operators avaiable and a good conaction always. We tried swaping my Sim Card to his phone and he had a signal while his card had none in my Phone. We did a factory reset, it did not help. We did Software Repair with the Xperia Companion Programm, same result no changes still no service/signal. On he Pictures you can see my boyfriends Sony XZ and My Sony XZ next to each other at the same time (sorry for German Language but you should get what it says)

With what you have tried so far, I would suggest getting in contact with your Local support next. 

 

They will be able to assist you in organizing an assessment and repair at a service centre for you.
