How to change the color of the pre-installed clock widget

Hi always helpfull Sony support forum Slightly smiling Face

As it says in the subject: How do I do that?

I have a mostly white screen/lock screen picture and I find it quite difficult to see the clock widget because it's white too.

I do like the alarm/timer function that the widget have and I don't want to loose them.
I've tried third party clocks, but they seem to not include these functions.

Thanks!

Re: How to change the color of the pre-installed clock widget

Hi @Dotte,

Unfortunately, it is to my knowledge currently not possible to change the font color of the clock widget - but there is a border which will make the font stand out on a white background. However, I will make sure to forward this internally as user feedback on your behalf, but as of right now I am sorry to say that there is not a way. Slightly frowning Face

You can change font color by applying different themes

Re: How to change the color of the pre-installed clock widget

The font color of the widget does change but the problem of the clock on the lockscreen doesn't.

One solve to this is going into

Settings>Accessibility>Experimental>High Contrast

Making a black outline on some text along with the clock Screenshot_20190328-100312.png
