Yes, you're absolutely correct there and I apologise for the mistake. Android 6.0.1, audio works fine without any issues, some apps I can't check as they aren't compatible, but some of my effected apps such as messaging, camera and video playback have resumed working in version 6, but everything is broken on version 7.

No, I REFUSE to travel 200 miles to me nearest care center.
I REFUSE to pay £180 in expenses to get there and back
I REFUSE to lose out on work because the scum at Sony won't do their job
I REFUSE to hand my phone over for a repair it DOESN'T NEED.

It's going to get worse. I promise you Sony, you will be BEGGING me to forgive you by the time I am done.
I have my legal team ready to escalate this on negligence and fraud. You are selling FAULTY DEVICES AND REFUSE TO RESPOND.

@Soul_Spearsince you refuse to contact local support, I can't see how you want to have your phone fixed. and, since not all XZ users experience this problem on 7.0, it's quite possible that it's something that can't be fixed by software and you might want to have someone look at your phone.

Well, they can unmerge them.
They aren't related.
One highlights the issues they have with Audio drivers on Android 7.0, the other highlights their negligence in failing to even respond to the issue.
I'm starting a war and I will win it single handed.
Sony WILL get in touch with me over this and Sony WILL do what is necessary to make me satisfied. I've given them over £8000 over the years, they WILL fix my phone or provide me with a replacement. I am not doing their job for them unless they pay me to.

I HAVE contacted local support. They said I need to BRING THEM the "broken device".
This ISN'T AN OPTION. I live 200 MILES AWAY and it costs me £180 to get there and back.
Also, I hate to repeat myself AGAIN, but since you can't read very well, here it is: MY PHONE ISN'T BROKEN
