Re: Answering machine and night mode

Hi again everyone,

I have received information that this is operator dependant as I suspected, they may choose to remove the feature. I am sorry to say that the only thing which I may refer you to regarding this is your operator if the feature is missing. Slightly frowning Face

Re: Answering machine and night mode

Hi @Caderz, it could very well be the service provider if they sold you your device with a branded software.

Sometimes, operators/service providers choose to brand the software of the devices they sell, and this could mean that they may add or remove features, add or remove pre-installed apps and so forth, they basically customize the software to their liking. The information I have is that not all our devices support Answering machine, and if it is missing in your Xperia XZ, then I would recommend getting in touch with the operator in order to see if they may have some more information regarding the feature.
