Hi, you re right. I have this Phone(Sony experia xz premium) for 2 years and cost a lot of money..
After pie update: first thing was gone is sensor button, After that volune up button and now Ui problem, which stops or freeze phone every time and I need to wait for response or to make Hard reset..
ITS NOT HARDWARE PROBLEM! ITS SOFTWARE PROBLEM.. SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME ISSUES!!
NEVER BUY SONY PHONE AGAIN.. Thanks, But NOT Thanks..

I confirm, since the last update the phone no longer works well, from continuous freeze, to the fingerprint sensor and from the keys.

I have the same problem!!! Sometimes its imposible to unblock. The screen dont respond. Please sony, we all need help with this!!! Its not fare for us. We trusted the xompany...

System UI isn't working.
Volume up key not functioning.
When System UI isn't working phone freezes and I have to wait 3 minutes so my phone restarts automatically without me touching anything!
This is really frustrating and my job requires to have an immediate access to make phone calls if an emergency arises. I hope this issue could be resolved from Sony's development team because it's not my specific phone that has the problem but several other people. My logic tells me that an update ruined our phones and we the users have no fault in that.

I wouldn't waste your breath on here. The support is minimal from Sony and they just don't care about their customers. Move brand, that's what I'm going to do....although Samsung and Sony just as bad.
