Re: Xperia XZ Premium UI lag/stutter/choppiness

Reset from the phone settings/Software Repair from Sony PC Companion.

Ive tried every possible way to give it a clean start and nothing helps.

The only thing i can think of that might be causing this is either a firmware bug or something wrong with the internals.

Re: Xperia XZ Premium UI lag/stutter/choppiness

Same with my xz premium single sim. Was very bad until a recent update which fixed it for a few days and now the same problems are back. Its that bad that last night when I went to check the time on the phone the screen went half way accross and then stalled. Then eventually it did get into the gui properly but unusable. Repeated touches of the screen sent it into a reboot which took ages. System UI error is a regular.

Had had these ongoing issues for a few weeks now. Its going back the seller for an exchange to a Samsung.Lucky we still have the old xperia to used in the mean time.

Your problem seems to be more severe than mine.
