Visible backlight on the edges

Hello,

Ive noticed that when looked on up close and looked on under certain angle the backlight is slightly visible on the edges. This usually is not noticable but when in dark enviroment, black content is on the screen and you have the phone turned to you right, its pretty noticable.

Is possible that this is a design flaw rather than a individual case ?

Thanks.
