la asistecia de sony afirma que si todos nos quejamos de una maera formal porlomenos unas 350 quejas masivas sony  aca lo conversado con el asistente:

 

sinceramente esto lo debe reportar cada centro de venta, por eso es importante que de esas 680 personas por lo menos la mitad se queje personalmente donde adquirió el dispositivo y no solo através de un foro.

lleve ese número de ticket donde compro el teléfono para que ellos sepan que tiene una queja radicada y lo escalan con el area encargada.
